Day #48

I went grocery shopping today.

Who on earth shop groceries and stuff them into a laptop backpack???
ME!!!

Carried loads of stuffs today back home.
Bursting backpack and 2 hands full of plastic bags. That'll last me weeks.

I popped in Barnardo's again today.

Met a really nice old lady, there's a donation bag that came in and there's this grey flashy jacket that they said looked lovely on me. They kept asking me to take it but I didn't want to because I saw the brand it's PRIMARK and there are some orange stains on it.

I didn't want to say I don't like it, I kept refusing. Then the old lady came up to me secretly and shoved me one pound and asked me to keep it a secret to get the coat. I gave it back to her afterwards then she came to me when I was about to leave saying she didn't wanna offend me, is it because I've got no money with me so I don't want the coat, and she knows how hard it is for students like me to get to the UK all alone. I told her I simply didn't like the coat. She even said to help me ask for a job in Boots.

There's another old man that said if I need private accomodation he could find one nice one for me because he's helping clients to find accomodations.

AWWW nice people here, seriously.
